This parcel-based Chardonnay cuvée on clay-limestone terroir was vinified in barrels. The nose is fine and delicate, with hints of bitter almond, while the palate is delicate and silky. Complex and vinous, with delicate hints of wood and smoke, this champagne expresses the potential of its terroir, without artifice or dosage. Best served with smoked salmon blinis with horseradish cream.
