An immense gourmet champagne, this brut nature from Les Blanchiens, in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, announces its intentions from the outset. A bewitching backdrop of dried apricot, grape, walnut, honey and hops, a combination of flavors where evolution gives way to freshness, in this case mentholated, all in the register of a great wine champagne. The palate is masterful, with impressive substance, length and creaminess, cradled by microscopic bubbles. No need for dosage for this marvel: the volume is already perfect!
