2006 was a year of contrasting climatic conditions. This rosé is perfectly balanced, with acidity tempered by a pleasant suppleness. Its pale pink, slightly amber color is enhanced by fine, persistent bubbles. The precise nose develops a mosaic of aromas: redcurrant, strawberry coulis, dried fruit, praline, gooseberry and marzipan. On the palate, the flavors of pastry (almond, praline) are complemented by a hint of licorice, followed by a warm, unctuous finish. Food pairing: partridge with fresh figs.
