The approach is gourmand and precise. Warm, elegant and complex fragrances of vine peach, granny apple, candied lemon and bergamot combine with roasted pastry notes (praline). The palate is smooth and unctuous, with generous dried-fruit flavors and a chalky, saline, mineral finish. A champagne for a meal, to be enjoyed with a veal patty cooked at low temperature.
