The house has a reputation for keeping its vintages in the cellar for many years. This 2008 has finally arrived, much to our delight and to fill our cellars. At first, a little closed on opening, the wine opens up on aeration with perfectly preserved notes of fresh grapes, juicy white fruit and pure, clean minerality. On the palate, the champagne is racy, taut, fine and powerful all at once. This great 2008, in all its complexity, is to be discovered now, or kept for a few more years in our cellars.
