The toastiness masks the fruitiness of the initial aromas, while the rose petals add suavity and delicacy to the nose. On the palate, on the other hand, the fruit is much more present, with notes of sweet citrus (Menton lemon, bergamot) and controlled acidity, underlined by creamy bubbles. The slightly bitter finish is particularly salivating.
