This gourmet rosé is made in the pure tradition of the house. The 2005 vintage presents notes of candied citrus fruit, with wilted flowers sprinkled throughout, so fine and delicate are they. On the palate, we find the elegance of the house's wines and a perfectly preserved rightness of grain. This rare rosé, in a year that lent itself to it, will be appreciated at the table by champagne lovers. A woodcock terrine is a perfect match.
