Attractive light color tending gently towards orange. The superb nose delivers essences of flowers, fine spices, honey and juicy red fruit. On the palate, the champagne becomes a wine, showing itself to be intense, racy, complex, but above all structured and full-bodied. All that's missing is a nice pigeon to sublimate it. Superb.
