Gault&Millau's review 2025

This is a restaurant with a good reputation in town, for its beautiful atmosphere and convincing market dishes. Grégory Delhaie's menu pleasantly renews the genre, with fresh salmon with cucumber and mint, fillet of sea bass, risotto with wild garlic pesto and asparagus, duck breast with red wine jus and redcurrant jelly, soft white cheese and strawberry tartar. Fair prices.
