It's a mainstay of the town center, a safe rendezvous that's always there to welcome friends and lovers alike. The menu is pleasantly simple, with timeless classics: escalope de foie gras poêlé confit de coing, sole meunière, rack of lamb with green garlic, pan-fried veal sweetbreads with foie gras cream, a hot soufflé with Grand Marnier. Pleasant service.
