On a pedestrian street not far from the Square de la République, this trendy urban bistro is perfectly in tune with the times, with its eclectic plates and ultra-minimalist interior, illustrating its openness to the world and need for purity. The plates are an immediate delight, with razor clams and virgin vegetables, snacked cuttlefish and chorizo, paella-style risotto and a fine tomahawk rib-eye. Decent prices. Dynamic service.
