Gourmet Restaurant Far from the glitz and glamour of the city center, you don't need a head for heights to find this hidden spot in a side street behind the Canal du Midi. At lunchtime, the menu is €22, and on Thursday and Friday evenings, the €34 menu attracts a large crowd. The cuisine is simple but gourmet, with a mastery of cooking and seasoning: cream of Tarbais beans, smoked brisket emulsion, Espelette pepper, crispy pork belly; guinea fowl supreme, creamy Jerusalem artichoke, chard and poultry jus, potato chips. The signature dessert, rice pudding, salted butter caramel and pecans, is served all year round, to end your childhood. Efficient service.
