Gourmet Restaurant Simple and welcoming, this Toulouse bistro in a handsome brick building is on the corner of rue du Périgord. The welcome is warm, the menu extensive, and there's a hint of cocagne in this free-spirited, well-served offering with a Toulouse accent: boudin à la braise, prunes au lard, cœurs de canard en persillade among the treats to be shared, before getting to the heart of the matter. Char-grilled meats and classics such as Toulouse sausage, confit purée, Quercy pork chop, prime rib, baba and brioche perdue for dessert.
