Gault&Millau's review2026
This Toulouse bistro is nestled right in the center of town, inside a beautiful red-brick building typical of Toulouse. Between regulars and large tables, this address cultivates a convivial, bon vivant spirit. The à la carte menu offers starters that are simple but well executed, such as Granny Antoinette's mimosa eggs or roast Camembert. The main course is the real highlight of the house: a chest of duck cooked over an open fire, perfectly rosy, with a pleasant aroma of smoked thyme. The menu also features classic grilled meats such as rib of beef, Toulouse sausage and Quercy pork chop. For dessert, the homemade cabbage would benefit from a better balance between pastry and ice cream.
