The fire is once again roaring under the Chevillard's fine cuts, and the carnivores are out in force in this bistro, a must in Toulouse life: pied de veau ravigote or boudin à l'oignon for starters, before attacking andouillette, onglet de veau, bavette échalotes or côte de bœuf sauce marchand de vin. Classic, solid and timeless.
