Gault&Millau's review 2026

Well placed and regular, this Reflet deserves its mention for its sincerity and attention to the price-pleasure ratio. The menu is always varied, with a contemporary twist on simplicity: crispy potato with gribiche sauce and reduced vegetable juice, clams in parsley risotto with spelt, chard and toum, saddle of rabbit stuffed with chestnuts and mushrooms, roast parsnip with chicken and hazelnut sauce, chocolate mi-cuit with caramelized pistachios... A good lunch menu at €25.50. Equally varied offer for dinner.
