Gault&Millau's review 2025

Behind Place Royale, a crêperie with a long-standing reputation, as much for its location as for its classic list of buckwheat galettes and crêpes de froment. The expected ingredients are there, the galette is nice and crunchy, and the ideas go into the "Galettes gourmandes". The butter-sugar version is €3, the full version €8.
