Gourmet Restaurant Ingrid and Guillaume's former stronghold has become Timothée Duverne's, with a more popular and accessible vision for this lively neighborhood. A €22 lunch menu, a cheerful, natural bistro atmosphere where everyone speaks normally. We try the perfect egg, not perfect but not badly cooked, with grilled onion and parmesan bacon cream, the grilled salmon with vegetable curry and sun-dried tomato condiment, a little basic but not unpleasant, and the Nantais cake with vanilla whipped cream. Friendly service, modest, local cellar, with a focus on Muscadet.
