Remarkable Restaurant The restaurant of today, simple and intelligent, embodied and alive: it's not a bistro, but it comes close in its conviviality and absence of manners, eliminating both discomfort and boredom. The team is motivated around Ingrid and Guillaume, two chefs bound by passion and the desire to enter a new era. In this slightly quirky room (counter in the entrance hall, small tables in the corridor, small "main" room in front of the semi-open kitchen), the team is in place, smiling and supportive, and the plates go by: an excellent scallop crudo with Jerusalem artichoke extraction and mushroom praline, pork loin with squash purée and pork jus with satay, and a good dessert with lemon cream dacquoise, Italian meringue and sudachi sorbet. The good 4-course formula at €45 allows a mix between lunch and dinner dishes, where the 3 toques are more in evidence. A fine cellar of "modern" and healthy winemakers, such as Bretaudeau, Mosse, Delecheneau or Bobinet en loire, a fine list of muscadets and a well-studied selection by the glass. Young, dynamic and committed service, sounding the right tone for a successful experience.
