A quiet bistro near the center of town, in a beautiful old building, offering traditional cuisine that's been updated with attention to detail, with a focus on sauces and preparations: buckwheat ravioli stuffed with ricotta, anchovies and lemon confit, squid ink jus and snacked salmon, angus chuck and grenailles with a choice of sauces (pepper, foie gras, fourme), pressed poultry and mousseline potatoes, shimeji Jerusalem artichokes with granny shiitake pickles and black olives. A good menu at €38, finishing with the mont-blanc marron coco et cumin.
