Whether on the terrace, overlooking the square and its typically Provençal fountain, or in the dining room, whose decor is inevitably reminiscent of la dolce vita, at Maurizio's you'll savor the subtle, delicate cuisine of Italian trattorias. This was the wish of Mélody and Maurizio when they created this restaurant near the Cours Mirabeau. Maurizio, originally from Calabria, trains his own team of cooks in the well-kept secrets of Italian culinary art. The house specialty: a wheel of Parmesan cheese in which Cognac is flambéed to infuse linguine with sage cream, among other dishes - a pure gustatory delight! You'll also be able to try the famous breaded veal chop, as well as new daily suggestions inspired by seasonal delicacies. Here, products are carefully selected in Italy for charcuterie and cheeses, or in France to guarantee freshness and quality. To experience Maurizio's gastronomy is to embrace the Italian art of living!
