Chef's Restaurant Don't let the name of Spanish chef Felipe Licandro fool you. This fine-looking establishment is home to an interesting cuisine with a traditional background, well mastered by a chef with an extensive background who has worked at some fine Parisian addresses. A clear menu, good work on each plate, flavors in harmony through a very satisfying choice: the pâté en croûte is generously garnished with duck and foie gras with hazelnuts, the langoustines are worked bouillabaisse-style with a vegetable lobster quenelle and shellfish broth, and the desserts just as well studied, like the coconut macaron pinacolada-style with candied pineapple or the brillat savarin with truffle. Good menu at €44, regional wine cellar at reasonable prices. Second toque this year.
