Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a friendly place that attracts customers with its sincerity and "just like home" spirit. But that doesn't stop the plate from being prepared with care and attention to detail, such as the Caesar salad with smoked trout, the creamy plancha fish with Jerusalem artichoke and black garlic condiment, and a fine list of desserts, including the "Mississippi mud pie", chocolate and custard, or Laetitia Gaborit's cheeses.
