Chef's Restaurant
A local dining classic, a superb view of the Mediterranean Sea, and a desire to dive right in—all brought to life by the house specialties: fine fish and Mediterranean delicacies. For nearly 80 years, diners have been enjoying bouillabaisse, and the dishes always look impressive—in a contemporary take—and are always served with care, blending local recipes with modern flair: red shrimp carpaccio, bagna cauda, sea bass, John Dory, capon, and lobster, depending on the catch. At higher price points (€16 to €30 per 100 g), sea bass en croûte or Salers beef fillet with foie gras and truffle jus round out the menu.
