Gault&Millau's review 2025

We love this establishment above all for its geography, set flush with the water in the heart of a marvellous Mediterranean garden, with its maritime pines and bougainvillea. Recently taken over by the Adresses Hotels group, this boutique hotel with its intimate, family atmosphere houses just 35 rooms and suites, skilfully embellished by architect Bernard Dubois, who has infused a few touches of modernity without betraying the spirit of the place. Almost all rooms open onto the private beach, facing the Lérins Islands. The wellness area, with spa, hammam and a range of exceptional treatments, and Nicolas Rondelli's restaurant Les Pêcheurs, with its delicate cuisine, are the perfect complement to this rare address...
