A fully-equipped, renovated 4-star hotel, the relais has been located on the banks of the Occitane since 1982, where the rooms and heated swimming pool are complemented by a fine bistronomic table, offering top-quality regional and contemporary cuisine, dishes such as lobster salad with autumn vegetables and pumpkin seed oil vinaigrette, herbed-crusted monkfish with bean garbure and light curry sauce, pan-seared sweetbreads with morel mushroom and yellow wine sauce.
