Gourmet Restaurant Julien Marchès's little bouchon is the real thing, with its old-fashioned charm, its never-slackening good humor and its taste for sharing that always makes everything better. In this decor full of references, between old advertisements, photos and collections of various objects, traditions take their rightful place. And the pleasures that come with it, such as cep velouté and apple herring, tripe with reuilly sauce and pig's knuckle with Berry lentils, chocolate cake and apple tart. Set menu €22.
