Italian food of the highest quality, with the traditional, family-style cooking that has made transalpine gastronomy such a success. We love the authenticity and good taste of artichokes and cauliflower tempura with cacio e pepe cream, spaghetti with amatriciana, cockerel with cacciatora or beef cheek with red wine, ending with the homemade affogato. The work of a craftsman, just like at home, with the right warmth and atmosphere, accompanied by wines from the Botte region.
