Gourmet Restaurant Jeune Talent 2024, Tony Laurent-Perrot is a prime example of the revitalization of Châteauroux's city center and its new nuggets. Plüm is one of the addresses leading the way, with its contemporary, well-conceived concept of tapas travelers and a chiselled cellar. Depending on your mood, you can choose from cauliflower tempura, maple syrup feta cream and black garlic; duck breast, coffee, creamy Jerusalem artichoke and vegetable chips; langoustines in kadaïf, saffron cream, corn, oregano and citrus fruits; or candied pear, tiramisu-style chestnut cream, coffee cookie and pecan granola.
