Chef's Restaurant Here's an address to refresh you and put you in a good mood between Part Dieu and the Rhône. It's a place that's in tune with the times, where chef Xavier Radojewski multiplies good ideas and brings them to fruition. In slash mode, adding ingredients one to the other with undeniable good taste, he offers a seasonal menu full of aptness in a warm contemporary setting: leek maki with potato and nori seaweed, bottarga with chives, confit pork loin with root vegetables, coriander and zaatar, beef juice, apple with green tomato, ginger ice cream and fromage blanc, a structured, flawless sequence priced at around €50 à la carte, but which can be grouped together in the six-course menus at €33 and €45.
