Selected You don't have to go all the way to La Rochelle for a taste of the sea: Morgan Bonnard's restaurant has everything you need to feel like you're at sea. Previously based at Les Halles Paul Bocuse, the chef is pursuing his passion in this corner of Berry, emphasizing above all solid sourcing and a good knowledge of the product. On the menu, you'll find fine plates of oysters, fines de claire, specials from Oléron, whelks and shrimps, platters from €18 to €86, mussels marinière, berrichonne, provençale, fish according to availability. For dessert, baba au rhum or tarte aux pralines, a souvenir of Lyon.
