Chef's Restaurant Ondine is purity, but also modernity. The plates are sober and natural, the ingredients respected, enhanced and even transcended by the expert and artistic hands of chef Noémie d'Hooge. In this gray and brown wood setting, the focus is not on the details, but on the essentials. Seasonality, sourcing and friendly producers fuel the imagination. The menus are of course hidden (after all, it's not the customer who decides!) and ideas come naturally about trout, tomato or pigeon.
