Prestige Hotel Unquestionably one of Strasbourg's most attractive hotels. Housed in the former stud farm of the city's riding academy, which was built in 1621, this magnificent site has been redesigned by design duo Jouin Manku, who completed its extension to include a former hospital run by nuns. Fluidly and coherently linked, the two buildings house 115 rooms and suites that blend natural materials such as wood, linen and leather in homage to the saddlery industry. Equally successful, the spa immerses guests in a relaxing, uncluttered universe of oak wood and splendid Vosges sandstone, the perfect backdrop for the high-flying equipment - an 18 m swimming pool, experiential shower, sauna, hammam, Codage-branded treatment cabins and a relaxation room opening onto the park. Also not to be missed, the bar opening onto a delightful inner courtyard and the contemporary brasserie, led by chef Marc Haeberlin.
