This Asian-inspired restaurant has been making steady progress for over fifteen years, benefiting from René Fieger's expertise and Jessica's warm welcome. Located in the heart of the historic district, the place is inviting and the cuisine always renewed, to discover Asia in a different way. The menus are well done, showcasing remarkable technique, with red tuna tataki, watermelon aguachile, crispy ravioli of lean meat and prawns, gochujang mayonnaise, veal back, Chinese black bean vinaigrette, apricot-chocolate dessert, roasted apricot and pink berry ice cream. Formulas from €42 to €90.
