Chef's Restaurant Nous is Mathieu Menguy and Vanessa Le Gall, two enthusiasts delivering a shared cuisine and a personal, almost singular experience. It's not just a special place, with its checkerboard floor and red walls, but a choreographed moment and a beautiful expression of marine cuisine. From four to eight sequences, the menus reveal real research, giving a different view of the Breton coast, playing on textures, seasonings and cooking. From €45 to €110.
