Sponsored A little piece of Vietnam awaits you in this little street in old Antibes, a stone's throw from the Provencal market and Rue James Close (rue des artistes). Dzien Nguyen wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the stalls in his native Saigon. Surrounded by Christophe, Yann and Isabelle, his wife, he reinvents a cuisine from the heart, lovingly passed on by his restaurant-owning parents, in homage to the "mamas" of the streets. In his open-plan laboratory, he reproduces the recipes he worked on with David Thaï, winner of Top Chef in Vietnam: Bo Bun (vegetarian, beef from Kobé or Galicia, organic pork from Brittany, free-range chicken or scallops with sustainable fishing label), Banh Mi, a sandwich in 4 flavors (vegetarian, beef, chicken, pork) or the emblematic crispy egg rolls. At MamaBoon, every speciality is an ode to the country; homemade products are made in an eco-conscious way with local delicacies. The beers, soft drinks and wines are also from Provence. The quiet, confidential terrace lets you enjoy the aromas of each dish.
