Gourmet Restaurant Christine and Julien Fiengo have held their Cafetière at arm's length for years, and this year they once again deserve the mention and the toque. For this French-Asian fusion, always pleasant, a little expected and meticulous in detail: crispy temaki with crab, wakame with sweet and sour mango sauce and guacamole, coconut milk soup spiced up with Thai curry, which you can accompany with your choice of chicken, shrimp, duck breast, cuttlefish, beef or tofu for veggies, tuna tataki with satay, escalope of foie gras with unagi sauce, black rice pilaf with dashi before pineapple tartar with Sichuan pepper, caramelized almonds and Malibu mousse. A good lunchtime starter.
