Chef's Restaurant Logan Laug is a place, a name, a chef and a concept, a hotel-spa located in Pierre-Percée, reflecting an inquisitive, jack-of-all-trades spirit. Logan Laug's cuisine is a reflection of this overflowing imagination, sometimes a little excessive, but always well supported by his undeniable savoir-faire, knowing how to keep things simple as well as sophisticated. His business menu at €32 is well-priced, with pomelo, avocado and shrimp salad, coriander virgin and sun-dried tomatoes, peach of the day, curry mouclade sauce and vegetable kimchi gyoza, lamb heart, Mediterranean semolina and tajine vegetable confit, raspberry lychee entremet. Evening tasting menus range from €53 to €90.
