Gault&Millau's review 2025

Acquired by an entrepreneurial family from Liège, the former Alp Hôtel recently underwent a facelift, enriching the small resort of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville with a privileged new refuge. Renamed Lodji, this elegant address now boasts 47 rooms and suites, as well as 3 luxurious apartments, decorated in a warm, contemporary style (with, in the case of the suites, a beautiful spa area). Le Lodji also offers the delights of the Au Torè restaurant, set in the heights of the resort and led by chef Jean-Sébastien Prijot, who concocts a revisited Savoyard cuisine, served in front of the fireplace or on the vast terrace. Last but not least, the spa boasts an indoor pool heated to 30°C, a hammam, outdoor saunas and cabins for top-quality facial and body treatments.
