The season is short, opening at the end of April, so it's a good idea to make arrangements to take advantage of this unique site, at the gateway to the Cévennes, in beautiful surroundings overlooking the Gardon river. After a number of ups and downs, this beautiful house has been brought back to life by chef Michel Marvie, who draws his inspiration from local and seasonal produce to deliver a plate worthy of the setting, with lamb from Lozère, veal from Aubrac and the unmissable pélardon with truffles.
