Gault&Millau's review 2024

A large complex on the outskirts of Anduze, where families and groups of friends can enjoy a variety of traditionally-based cuisine, with plates that are a little heavy, but very appealing. The menus are varied and layered, and the farm offers rooms and suites for up to 5 people. Good "Campagne" formula at €37, with salmon gravlax smeurebreud, mango and passion fruit for the exotic, yuzu cream for the fashionable, veal roulade with chestnut chard and sweet onion, ricotta raviole with pélardon cream. Royal chocolat for dessert, a classic cellar.
