Pending a move, planned for next year, and the appearance of a Saint-Hilaire by Sébastien Rath, the centuries-old restaurant, now run by this dynamic chef, opposite the train station, is doing well. The setting lends itself to this, with its historic tradition and singular atmosphere, and the menus created by the chef are inspired by the region and the season, from €39 to €84 depending on the number of courses and market arrivals.
