Chef's Restaurant It's a hidden but well-known address for Toulousans who don't hesitate to stray from the Capitole to find a spot of greenery. A welcoming farmhouse on the Rangueil side of town, now run by the Joffre family for over twenty years. Chef Fabrice gives his CHU managers and doctors a great time during their gourmet lunch break, and also welcomes them for family dinners. With a sense of moderation (€35 at lunch), seasonality and pleasure in a €45 menu, served for lunch and dinner, that smells of good cooking: braised beef cheek arancini and piperade, guinea fowl leg stuffed with purée and organic vegetables, jus de viande, soft black sesame custard with red fruit sorbet. Evening tasting menus from €50 to €65, always a professional, smiling welcome.
