Gourmet Restaurant In a beautiful pink-brick setting, Morgane and Nicolas keep a good-quality bistro alive, weathering the years with good consistency. Opened in 2018, the establishment maintains a contemporary, bistronomic focus, with market cuisine influenced by the couple's travels in Asia. From €42 to €80, l'œuf parfait, velouté de pomme de terre à la poutargue et à l'ail, huile végétale, croûtons, un curry de courge, lentilles et pain de lentille, lait de coco à la coriandre, huile pimentée, peanuts and combawa, roasted veal, mustard celery coulis, mayonnaise, capers and chervil, pastry cabbage, Earl Grey cream, caramelized pears, black sesame ice cream and nougatine.
