Gault&Millau's review 2026

Not far from the Place du Parlement, this little bistro is working in the right direction, with a seasonal slate at lunchtime and a six-course blind menu in the evening. The chef demonstrates a good technique, on well-dressed, textured plates: endive velouté with turmeric, whipped cream and ham powder, scallops, risotto and coral cream, beef skirt steak, potato siphon and roasted potatoes, or orange blossom ice soufflé, fresh dry meringue and citrus fruit. Lunch menu €24.
