One of today's pretty bistros that are flourishing in Toulouse: this one shows a strong character, which has asserted itself over the years to become one of the neighborhood's constants. The cuisine, starting with the €25 lunch menu, is seasonal and always based on a personal, solid foundation: onion velouté with toasted bread and pan-fried foie gras, risotto with lobster bisque and lacquered pork belly, Andalusian beef pot-au-feu... Simple, pleasant desserts, a suitable cellar with well-found, inexpensive skittles.
