It's a garden away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the wise neighborhood of Empalot-Saint-Agne, and run by a cheerful trio nourished by the pleasures of sharing cuisine. It's a plate of short-circuit and seasonal dishes, with little ideas that go well with a glass of natural wine from among 250 references. On this week's menu: pissaladière, marinated mackerel, lemon sojannaise, eggplant and basil condiment; peach of the day, black rice, sautéed mushrooms, miso sauce and fumet, spinach and zucchini lacquered with soy; confit poulet fermier, spiced vegetable cake, pommes grenailles and lime condiment; peach egg cream, lemon cake, vanilla chantilly, fresh peaches and citrus syrup.
