Gourmet Restaurant In the verdant setting of Château Léognan, this Manège unveils a culinary proposal by Robin Bos, where terroir and refinement meet with elegance. Nestled in the heart of a carefully preserved wine estate, the establishment offers a dual experience: a beautifully decorated indoor dining room and a more streamlined outdoor marquee, where spaced tables invite serenity. The concise, seasonal menu celebrates quality products. The beet velouté with its parmesan cookie reveals undeniable technical mastery. The beef tataki seduces with its subtlety and aromatic coherence, even more so than the fish from the fish market with its sweet potato and lime purée. The floating island, in its simplicity, awakens childhood memories. The wine list, mainly from the estate, would benefit from more committed comments and indications.
