Chef's Restaurant A little out of the way for a tourist in the city center, yet conveniently located in the friendly Nansouty district, Maxime Le Lay, a Breton by birth, offers a wild cuisine with formulas priced at €26 in the evening and €55 on the hidden menu in the evening. At lunch, we appreciate the moderation of contemporary dishes, well prepared and well served: roast poultry rillettes with asparagus and crunchy vegetables, miso-glazed cod with peas and risotto, citrus dill cucumber yoghurt dessert. Beautiful dishes to share, such as the leg of lamb, but also the Ibaïama tonkatsu-style pork loin, show a fine mastery of cooking and seasoning, confirming the 2 toques. Good, varied cellar.
