Flora Diallo has taken over this historic restaurant in the center of Alès, which has been open for almost a hundred years! Her traditional cuisine is both simple and well-crafted, from a plate of charcuterie from the Cévennes to ravioli with porcini mushrooms, Cévennes fricassee, calf's head with ravigote sauce, truffled pot-au-feu and prunes cooked the old-fashioned way. Various formulas available, from €24 to €47.
