Chef's Restaurant To satisfy the clientele of this beautiful hotel on the Gulf of Morbihan, the 3* hotel has called on the talents of Luca Marteddu, a former Pierre Gagnaire chef. His cuisine is professional and intuitive, with a good understanding of the local terroir and a range of sophisticated compositions: sea bream cooked in aromatized salt, fennel and kohlrabi, ponzu and saffron gel, squid, lardo alta nera, shiitake, oyster mushrooms and button mushrooms, pickles and mushroom beurre blanc, en papillote with sumac, or a heart of sweetbreads roasted in semi-salted butter, winter leaves and house mustard, cabbage cannelloni and veal head in veal broth.
