Gault&Millau's review2026
Notably trained by Pierre Gagnaire, Luca Marteddu has the experience and shoulders to helm the kitchens of this fine establishment. The hotel-restaurant boasts a remarkable location on the Gulf of Morbihan, and offers a high standard of regional gastronomy, particularly on the €125 menu. You'll be tempted by sea bream cooked with infused salt, kombu and spirulina jelly, beet and borscht water, asparagus from La Torche and scallops from Quiberon, saffron and galathea rouille, a poached st. Pierre from a small boat with caraway butter, coquillages de la Forêt-Fouesnant, fennel confit, a pig from Trevero farm, lentils and mushrooms from Le Loch, rhubarb from Domaine de la Source, cardamom, poppies, strawberries from Le Bono and red fruits. Beautiful cellar.
