Today, the Larvoir family is at the head of a comfortable business, with no less than three establishments in the small Breton town. Since the 1980s, the family has patiently built up its project and accumulated experience, today offering two hotels and three restaurants, including this inn run by Larvoir daughter Claire and her partner Julien Doupeux. Julien Doupeux's cuisine is well-crafted, with exemplary seasonal compositions, including mackerel in vinaigrette, spices, carrot and gentian, peach return, leek, capers and potatoes, guinea fowl supreme, salsify with port and Loch mushrooms, and a fine dessert of pear, chocolate and vanilla.
