Chef's Restaurant The Auberge's just reputation, thanks to the hard work of the entire Larvoir family, parents and now children, has been further enhanced in recent times: a welcome worthy of a great house, principles without heaviness or superfluous manners, but fairness, right down to the plates. The regional tradition dominates, with a good spirit and a certain talent: gravlax of mackerel and cauliflower, heart of smoked rump steak, red cabbage with potato and pinot noir sauce, apple-rhubarb baba in a beautiful €53 menu. Interesting and varied cellar, nourished by loyal owners and fine labels.
