Gourmet Restaurant With an absolutely breathtaking view of the surrounding area and the Atlantic, this house at the end of the Port de Navalo offers fine marine cuisine, with just the right amount of technique and sourced produce to guarantee its good reputation. A warm house with a consensual but pleasant decor, Baptiste Moisson's ideas can be found here, as he masterfully adapts his dishes to the seasons. The Bay of Quiberon menu takes the full measure, with just-seared scallops, celery risotto and watercress purée, roasted monkfish with clams, grated lime, cabbage and parsnips, filet of beef marinated in sake and seasonal mushrooms, and a beautiful Grand Marnier soufflé. Adequate cellar. Service as it should be.
